What is the shipping method?

We use Blue Dart for all deliveries. Orders are delivered within 2-3 business days in metro cities. Enjoy fast and reliable shipping with every purchase.

How long does shipping take?

It will take approximately 2-4 days, excluding Sundays and national holidays, depending on where you are located in India.

We deliver within 1 day in major metro areas and other cities.

Is there an additional shipping charge or COD fee? Are there any additional taxes I need to pay?

Shipping is free. Shipping is completely free.

Do you deliver to all locations in India?

Pre-paid orders are delivered to all Indian pin codes.

Are you able to deliver at a time that is convenient for you?

At the time you place your order, you can specify your preferred time. Delhivery staff usually call before delivery to arrange a convenient time. This facility is not available for orders sent via India Post.

Online tracking of my order possible

Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive the tracking ID. You can track it online by visiting “Track Your Order” and entering your order number and email id.

How do I get an invoice/bill for my order?

Within 48 hours of receiving your order, a softcopy of the invoice will be sent by email.

The order arrived even though I wasn’t at home/office. What should I do?

I have particular instructions regarding delivery of my order. What should I do?

Call us at (+91)8181878787 to place your order, or write your instructions in the “Order Notes”, available when placing your order online.

Do you ship outside India?

We do not currently deliver outside India. We plan to offer this service in the near future.

What happens if the product arrives damaged?

If you feel that the product was damaged or in poor condition, or if you believe the packaging has been altered or stolen, Please call our customer service immediately at +91-8181878787 Send us an email at support@sekyo.in Mention your Order ID. We will personally issue a new replacement at no extra cost to you. When you return the product, please ensure that the original packaging and product tag are intact.
