How can I cancel an order prior to delivery?
You can cancel your order within 24 hours after placing it.
We will refund your entire order if you cancel before the product ships.
If you cancel after your product has been shipped, we may have to charge you a nominal courier fee.

Return/Replacement Policy
To Return or Replacement please fill out our Request Form.
If the product is not working properly, Report within 3 days of delivery for a free pickup. After 3 days, courier the product to us — you pay one side, we cover the other. In both cases we will replace the product and send back to you.
If the product is physically damaged, report it within 1 day of delivery. We will Replace the product and send back to you. Damage reported after 1 day is not eligible.
Refunds are available under the following conditions:
- The issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery. (order mistakenly, Not Required/Not Interested Etc.)
- The product is Sealed and unopened in original packaging.
- The item is shipped back to us at your own expense
- Wrong Product Received
- After 24 hours only replacement is possible.
- If the product is opened only replacement is possible.
Returns must include original packaging, product tag, and an untampered serial/IMEI number.
