How can I cancel an order prior to delivery?

You can cancel your order within 24 hours after placing it.

We will refund your entire order if you cancel before the product ships.

If you cancel after your product has been shipped, we may have to charge you a nominal courier fee.

Warranty Policy

Every product comes with a default 3 Months Warranty. Some products may have 6-12 month warranty. These details are included on the product page.

The warranty covers only the functional defects such as not recording video/audio/photos, led not blinking, not charging, etc. but does not cover physical damage to the product, or burned pcb/chip.

Return/Replacement Policy

To Return or Replacement please fill out our Request Form.

Report within 3 days of delivery for a free pickup. After 3 days, courier the product to us

— you pay one side, we cover the other.

If the product is physically damaged, report it within 1 day of delivery. We will Replace the product and send back to you. Damage reported after 1 day is not eligible

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • The product is unused and in its original packaging
  • The item is shipped back to us at your own expense
  • Wrong Product Received

After 48 hours or if the product is opened, only replacement is possible.

Returns must include original packaging, product tag, and an untampered serial/IMEI number.
