Refund

• No Refund Policy:- If you recharge your SIM Card for 6 Months and after some time you don’t use SIM Card we are not providing a refund.

 

Sim lost

• Please contact our Customer Support Team for deactivation.

Roaming charges

• International roaming not available on IoT SIM due to guidelines set by the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) for security reason. No additional charges on national roaming.

 

Alternative use – can work in phones

• This SIM Cards also working on Phones with same Specifications and Regulations.

 

Limitations

• Incoming & outgoing can be made only on 4 preset numbers. Customer can not configure it on their own. Please contact us to configure or change the numbers.
